Responsable de ProducciónEmpresa industrialOur client, an industrial company based in the region of Alicante is looking to hire an experienced Production Manager.As a member of the Management Committee, you will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Your main responsibilities will be to plan, organize and direct optimum day-to-day operations, leading a team of 60 people.You will implement strategies, develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, to achieve the daily, weekly, monthly and annual objectives related to: security, production, quality, environmental issues and costs.You have a proven track record as Plant Manager, preferably in the manufacturing sector, in multinational companies with a matrix structure. Very valuable - experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.You have a Degree in Industrial Engineering and an advanced level of English.
