Due to an increase in new projects my client is recruiting for 3 Press Setters on a permanent basis. As the Press Setter you will report into the Production Supervisor. JOB PURPOSE:   To ensure the Press is set up to meet production and customer requirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To set up the Press in accordance with production requirementsTo meet production targets and customer requirements.To work to the quality standards required.To work to health and safety standards.To follow company rules as per handbook.Continuous improvement. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Experience required: Experienced in multi stage coil feed & single stage secondary operation pressesExperience in working in a Press Shop. Skills/Competencies: ROSPA certificate requiredGood attention to detailFlexibilityGood team working skills. Further important information 1 x Setter - Days/twilight – 45 hours per week:-Days - 07.00am – 17.00pm - Monday to Thursday (includes 30 mins unpaid lunch break and a 12 minute paid break) 07.00am – 14.00pm - Fridays, no lunch break and a paid 20 minute mid morning break Twilight - 14.00pm – 23.15pm Monday-Wednesday, (includes 30 mins unpaid lunch break and a 12 minute paid break) / 13.30pm – 22.15pm Thursdays, (includes 30 mins unpaid lunch break and a 12 minute paid break)/ 13.30pm – 22.00pm - Fridays (includes 30 mins unpaid lunch break and a 12 minute paid break) Plus 8 hours shift pay per week excluding any time taken for absence or holiday.  2 x Setters - Nights – 38 hours per week. 22.00pm – 08.00am Mon-Thursday includes 30 mins unpaid lunch break and a 12 minute paid break.
