German Outbound Sales Representative

If you are an effective communicator driven and passionate team player and result driven sales person we have the perfect job for you We are searching for Outbound Sales Representatives to join our fun fast-paced growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers ResponsibilitiesAs an Outbound Sales Representative you will perform outbound sales to potential clients who may be interested in services offered by a leading international company - Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails contact decision makers assess needs- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM- Manage leads contacts accounts- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity conversion rates opportunities and pipelineRequirements- Native level of German- English B2 Level- Outbound Sales experience (min 6 months)- Strong Interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism- Communication skills- you will have to clearly and persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions- Persistence - you will frequently deal with difficult prospects and customers but you must remain driven and positive even in the face of adversity to transform leads into sales- Problem-solving skills - you will have to identify and address prospect and customer concerns during the sales processBenefits- Full-time contract (39 hours week) from Monday to Saturday from 8 00 to 20 00- Competitive salary- Opportunity to grow in a leading international company- International dynamic environment full of ideas and self-development opportunities
