Based within the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, you will contribute to teaching in the field of sedimentology.
The candidate will have experience in the geology (soil and rock logging), soil sciences, environmental sampling and monitoring.
Post-doctoral Research Assistant in the structural geology of active normal faulting with 36Cl analysis of fault planes and Coulomb stress modelling.
BSc or higher (preferably post-graduate qualification, such as MSc) in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology discipline.
