Regularly “walk the centre” ensuring high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained and that heating, and lighting is set at appropriate levels.
Operate, monitor and maintain boilers and heating systems, ensuring temperature controls and timers are optimised for maximum energy efficiency.
