Washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls; Washing plates, pots and cutlery; Make sure kitchen equipment is properly stored;
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the following; Collect and wash up pots and pans.
