HRAdministrator Valencia - SpainRolepurposeProvide Human ResourcesAdministration, assisting in the provision of an efficient and dedicatedsupport and guidance service to the team, operations and business.Provide support to siteadministration, ensuring specific procedures and customer requirements arefullfilledKeyAccountabilities Provide a day-to-daysupport in HR area (employment contracts, payroll, absenteeism, trainingactions, etc.) Provide accurate and timelyinformation and data on HR processes, policies and procedures Prepare and provide analysis and reporting on variousHR topicsRun recruitment processes and provide support on thisarea when requiredCollaborate in different HR projects (e.g. annual H.R.plan, communications plan, etc.) Provide support and proposals in Employee EngagementActivities Cross country alignment on HR data specific topics,ensuring data quality and delivering HR processes along the HR life cycle Ensure all personnel files are maintained properlyProcess the required permissions to access the workingcenter (visits, new starters, materialsControl stationery stock and arrange the requiredorders Comply with our customer requirements; prepare monthlylabor reports Welcome and induction of new employeesBuild and effective relationship and cooperate withseveral stakeholders (HR community, employees, customer, etc) in line with DHlvalues Requirements for the jobAt least 3 years of previous experience in an administrative role atHR DepartmentPrevious experience in Recruitment University Degree (e.g. Human Resources ,Business administration, LaborLaw, or similar)Proficient or advanced level of Microsoft Package (mainly Outlook, Excel,Powerpoint and Word)Desirable knowledge of Meta4Strong Team PlayerGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to cope with presureResults orientedEye for the detailStrong peoople orientationOutgoing and open-mindedFluent(C1) English Level
