Position Overview The role will report directly to the Logistic Manager of the location and will be in cooperation with the external logistic company. Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to) The role will lead indirectly the 60 employees in the warehouse (+/- 15 in every shift) Optimization of the warehouse resources and flow Tracking the service of the logistic provider for the warehosue Manage the inventory Apply the Kaizen measures to the warehouse and lead the Warehouse continuous improvement. Be the main responsible for all logistic issues and ensure the satisfaction in the audit process in warehouse. To be a success in this role you must have: Vocational studies in logistic or Engineering studies Medium English skills (B1) Experience in Warehouse management (in automotive field is a plus) Experience leading teams Capacity to take decisions in a fast changing environment Fully responsibility for the Warehouse during all the shifts
